If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by DJ2K to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should DJ2K be unable to procure a replacement, Purchaser shall receive a full refund with a miximum to the value of the entertainment fee received. Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, DJ2K liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that DJ2K shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. DJ2K reserves the right to deny any guest access to the sound system, music recordings, or other equipment including but not limited to our photo booth. DJ2K payment is in no way affected by inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. DJ2K’s payment will not be affected by such cancellation. Dance Floor safety, it is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that no intoxicated guests are dancing with drinks in hand. If drinks get spilt or glass is broken on the dance floor or a intoxicated guest should cut themselves, slip or fall then DJ2K cannot be held responsible, accountable or be approached for compensation as a result of damages, loss of earnings or injury. This rule generally applies to all safety of guests, if you have any concerns then security should be hired, this is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Purchaser shall provide DJ2K with safe and appropriate working conditions. This includes a 6ft by 6ft area for setup, space for setting up speakers and security if necessary. DJ2K requires a minimum of one 15-20-amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source within 25 feet (along the wall) of the set-up area. This circuit must be free of all other connected loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to DJ's equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment Terms: An immediate deposit is required in order to secure your date with DJ2K (all deposits are non refundable and non transferable). The Purchaser agrees full settlement will be received at least six weeks prior to the event date.
